Shipping and Delivery

This page sets out where we deliver, how long we take, and what it costs. It covers both Ziya gift boxes bought on this website and bulk corporate gifting orders placed through our sales team.

Ziya gift boxes

In short: Hyderabad only, delivered the next day, and delivery is free.

Where we deliver

Ziya boxes are delivered within Hyderabad only. We do not ship them anywhere else, and we would rather tell you that on the way in than take an order we cannot honour.

The reason is the product. These are fresh sweets with a short life, made the day before they reach you, and a courier network built for parcels is not built for that. Sending them further would mean sending something worse.

If you are outside Hyderabad and want Ziya for a company order, call us. Bulk orders travel differently and are covered further down this page.

How long it takes

The next day. Order today and your box reaches the address you gave us tomorrow.

We make each box to order rather than take it off a shelf, so the batch runs the evening before your delivery date. You choose the delivery date when you order.

What it costs

Delivery is free, anywhere we deliver in Hyderabad. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. There is no separate delivery charge added at payment.

On the day

We deliver between 10am and 7pm. We will message you on WhatsApp when your box is on its way.

If nobody is at the address, our delivery partner will call the number you gave us. If we still cannot reach anyone, we bring the box back and contact you to arrange another attempt the same day or the next. Because this is fresh food, we cannot hold a box for several days, so please give us a number somebody will answer.

Getting the address right

We deliver to the address exactly as you type it, so please check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, tell us straight away on +91 77024 47475 and we will correct it if the box has not left. Once a box is out for delivery we cannot redirect it.

Bulk corporate gifting orders

In short: seven days from a confirmed order, anywhere in India, to as many addresses as you need.

Where we deliver

Across India. Bulk orders are not restricted to Hyderabad. We assemble, brand and pack in Hyderabad and deliver to whatever addresses your order names.

How long it takes

Seven days from a confirmed order to your addresses, for products already in stock. The clock starts when the order is confirmed, not when the enquiry arrives, and artwork sign-off sits inside that window.

Two things extend it, and we will tell you which applies before you commit:

• Products awaiting a manufacturing run rather than sitting in stock.
• Peak festival weeks, when courier networks are congested. Around Diwali in particular, confirm early.

Delivering to many addresses

Sending to branch offices, dealer counters or a distributor list is the normal case rather than an exception. You send one address list and one purchase order, and we bill each consignment against it.

For schemes running to a dealer or retailer list, we send back proof of delivery per address, which is usually what a finance team asks for at the end of a programme.

What delivery costs

For bulk orders, delivery to your addresses is included in the price per gift quoted to you, along with the product, assembly, branding, packing and the outer carton. There is no artwork charge and no setup fee. GST is shown separately on the quote rather than folded into the per-gift price, so the number you compare against another supplier is the same kind of number.

Damage in transit

Across hundreds of small-town addresses a few pieces will always arrive damaged. We budget for that openly rather than pretend it does not happen. Report the shortfall with the delivery reference and we replace the pieces. Cancellations and refunds are covered on the Cancellation and Refunds page.
