We quote from 50 units. Most programmes run between 500 and 10,000. A national painter scheme is far larger, so we quote a slice: one state painter meet, one quarterly bonus tier. Small runs are possible, but the price per gift rises, because branding setup costs the same whether it covers 50 pieces or 5,000.

GST is shown separately on the invoice at the rate for each HSN code. Outside the quote, a fresh production run at the manufacturer or an out-of-delivery-area pincode is priced before you approve it.

Count backwards from the day goods must be redeemable at the dealer counter. For most schemes that is several weeks earlier, and the gifting trade is generally full by then. Seven days from a confirmed order to delivery applies to stocked product. A fresh production run at the manufacturer takes longer; we tell you before you commit.

Normal for a painter scheme. You send one address list and one purchase order. We bill each consignment against the state GSTIN you nominate, raise the e-way bill per consignment, and return proof of delivery per point. Tier 2 and tier 3 pincodes cost more than metros; that delivery cost is already inside the price we quote.

Across hundreds of small-town addresses a few pieces will always arrive damaged. Report the shortfall with the delivery docket and we replace those pieces at our cost. On large runs going to many addresses we send a few spare pieces for the same reason, so a replacement does not wait on a fresh order.

Invoices show both GSTINs, HSN-wise breakup, per-unit value. Steel table and kitchen articles (HSN 7323) are 5 percent, vacuum flasks and insulated thermoware (HSN 9617) 18 percent. Section 17(5)(h) blocks credit on goods disposed of as gifts. Goods issued against a published scheme entitlement are treated differently by most brands. Your CA call, not ours.

The rule on benefits and perquisites, which used to be Section 194R and now sits in the Income-tax Act 2025, applies 10 percent TDS once one recipient's aggregate crosses 20,000 rupees in a financial year, and 20 percent where they have no PAN. Painter, contractor and dealer gifting sits under it. Employee gifting does not; salary rules apply. Only you can total that annual per-recipient aggregate. Yes. We brand a physical sample on the actual product, matched to your Pantone reference wherever the logo prints in brand colour. Nothing goes into the run until you sign that sample off. Where a sample is chargeable, the cost is adjusted against the order.

On steel, laser engraving is etched into the surface. It survives daily washing without peeling or fading, but it marks in bare metal, so it cannot reproduce multi-colour logos. Screen and pad printing hold your exact colour, typically three to five years with hand washing, less with heavy use. You see both on the sample.

Electric kettles, mixer grinders, rice cookers, sandwich makers and induction cooktops fall under the household appliance quality control order that makes a BIS ISI licence mandatory. They are supplied ISI marked, and the manufacturer's BIS licence number is stated on the quote, so your compliance team can check it before the shortlist is signed off.

Sweets suit quick, contained distribution: one city or state, sent close to the occasion. Boxes are packed for us just before we send them, not held in stock, and each carries the packing date, best before date and allergen declaration, since most contain nuts. Where a box may sit for weeks, we recommend steel, non-stick or thermoware.
