It depends where the money comes from, not what kind of institution you are. A private unaided school or college run by a trust or society is not running a government procurement process, so your own trust deed and committee approval are what govern. If you are spending government funds, that goes through the government process instead and this page is not the route.

No. Every price here is per gift and includes GST, because an institution does not get the tax back on goods given away. Quoting it separately would understate what the gift actually costs you. The invoice still shows the tax and the HSN code line by line, so your accounts office can see exactly what was charged.

We quote from 50 gifts. Most programmes run between 500 and 10,000. The price per gift rises at the bottom, because branding setup costs the same whether it covers 50 pieces or 5,000. One-off pieces for a retirement, a long service award or a chief guest are supplied alongside a larger order rather than as an order of their own.

A GST invoice with an HSN-wise breakup and the per-unit value, raised whether or not you hold a GSTIN. Plenty of institutions have none, because their supply is exempt, and that is not a problem at our end. Billing to the trust or society name rather than the school name is normal and we do it often.

For students, no. The provision on benefits and perquisites reaches a benefit arising from the recipient's own business or profession, and a student has neither. For your own staff it is payroll, under the salary rules. It can apply to people who are not your employees, such as contractors, transport operators, canteen and housekeeping agencies and visiting consultants, once one recipient's total crosses twenty thousand rupees in a year. Your finance team totals that, not us.

We invoice and raise the e-way bill per consignment, and return proof of delivery for each campus. The delivery cost is already inside the price we quote, so it does not grow after you approve it.

Seven days from a confirmed order covers it, on stocked product. A fresh production run at the manufacturer takes longer, and we tell you that before you commit rather than after.

Yes. We brand a physical sample on the real product and nothing goes into the run until you sign it off, matched to your Pantone reference wherever the crest prints in colour. Branding is at school, class or house level by default. Per-child name engraving is a different job and we will tell you plainly whether it is worth doing at your quantity.

It depends on the method and we will tell you which suits each item. Laser engraving on steel is etched into the surface and survives daily washing, but it marks in bare metal and cannot carry a colour. Screen and pad printing hold your exact colours and typically last three to five years with hand washing. Most school crests are multi-colour, so printing is usually the right answer here.

Appliances are supplied ISI marked, and the manufacturer's BIS licence number is stated on the quote so your purchase committee can check it before the shortlist is signed off rather than after the goods arrive.
